He speaks through other books too...

So, I may be going out on a limb here, but I firmly believe that Jesus will speak to us any time, any where and using anything. Currently, I am reading a book, along with reading THE BOOK, and these exact works were written on page 132...

"No barrier is too high, no chasm is too wide for Him because HE is not limited by space or time, by the visible or the invisible. Remember, He lives in a realm that transcends all that. He is all-powerful. And when He is ready to move, He moves. And when He does, hang on. You're in for the ride of your life."

Lamentations 3:25-26

"The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

You see, I believe THE BOOK is full of promises that He makes to His children, you know, to us and I also believe THE BOOK is full pf prayers. Ones that we can count on and speak to Him, over and over and over again.

Well, Lamentations is one of those promises - "He is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him"

Another promise: "Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away." Mark 13:31 - You see, His WORD is FIRM, therefore I trust it!

My prayer: "But as for me, I will always have hope; I will praise you more and more." Psalm 71: 14

My prayer while I wait: Give me strength to walk by faith, not by sight. (2nd Corinthians 5:7. Lord make me more like Esther, I do not want to rush into big decisions. Give me the strength to hold onto the fact that Your works are not related to my watch, rather, they are related to my cries.

So, for now, again, I will wait, within His Word, I will wait. I will also wait within the words of other books while He speaks to me. And that is why I am head over heals in love with Him.
