So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Gen. 1:27
I think the choice to enhance our image is a personal choice, after all, what is the difference between dying your hair a different color and getting breast implants... after all, both change your appearance... I am not saying one is the "right" and the other is the "wrong" choice.
I think the lesson here is that no matter what we might do to alter or enhance our appearance, we have been created in HIS image and therefore we are GOOD. I think the lesson here goes deeper than the popularity of plastic surgery. Because, there is NOTHING we can do to change the fact that we have been created in HIS image, and therefore we are GOOD.
There is no plastic surgery procedure that can take that away or change that. There is no doctor that can alter the fact of who our creator is and there is NOTHING that can remove the fact that we have all been created in HIS image and therefore we are good.
So can we really define ugly and beautiful by pictures? Or is it for the simple fact that the person in both pictures has been created in HIS image and therefore both pictures are beautiful?
What are your thoughts on the pictures now?
